Installation

1.Installation of shower tray
(1) Reserve the cloacae position first and make sure this position matches the drainer hole position on the shower tray.
(2) If the cloacae position is fixed already and cannot be matched with the drainer whole position on the shower tray, it is suggested to use a tube to adjust. Make sure there is enough space between the shower tray and the earth to put the tube.
(3) After the above points are finished, it can be installed. Firstly fix the drainer on the shower tray.
(4) Put the shower tray to the center of the bathroom and fix the tube to the cloacae position. Make sue not to curve the tube.

2.Installation of the shower room
(1) Do not stand on the shower room which will injure the body or get a loss.
(2) The installation must be strictly obeyed as per the instruction. Improper installation will cause unstable of the shower room or even fall down that injure the body or get a loss.
(3) If the glass is broken carelessly, please clean it carefully to avoid injury.
(4) Please clear away the unnecessary packing materials after unpack the package. The carton and package may cause injury.

Daily maintenance

Sanitary Ware:

4. Use the polishing solvent to keep the surface shining.
5. If the surface is abased or damaged by cigarette, use No.1200 sand paper to polish. Then use No.2000 sand paper and water to polish. Finally use polishing grease and water to polish.

6. For chrome plated materials maintenance, use velvet cloth to rub. Do not use the rough cloth otherwise will damage the surface.

7. For bathtub maintenance, use the No.2000 sand paper to rub and use the blade to shave lightly if the bathtub has scar. Then use the toothpaste and velvet cloth to polish for a shining surface

8. Use the nylon soft brush to clean the bathtub bottom. Do not use the steel wire, steel brush or the hard sponge. Be caution to use the corrosive detergent. Use the soft cloth to dry after each using. 

9. Acryl products & Acryl tray
Acryl is methyl meth acryl ate (MMA).Not be cleaned with washing agents containing ammonia, acetone, formic formaldehyde, etc. The surface had better be cleaned with toothpaste and a cloth, which can't be knives or steel brushes.

10. Each part for shower room
    10.1 Aluminum parts
When cleaning the aluminum part, please scrape the stain with paper or cloth. If the stain can not be rubbed away, please polish with small piece of sandpaper In order to ensure the spraying completely, treat the aluminum with wax.

    10.2 Tempered glass door
After assembling the glass door, clean the tempered glass doors as the followings: Scratch the Silicone glass sealant which are stuck on the surface of the glass. Next, Feather out the area with cloth so you don't leave a low spot.

FAQ

1. What is your MOQ? Can we get the sample free of charge, also the catalogue?
MQQ: Generally speaking, without MOQ requirement, but if your order is very small, the price will be a little higher than the MOQ; pls contact our salesman for details.
Sample: for our client with small value, we can offer sample free of charge; but most samples can be offered at 115-150% times of the MOQ price and buyer need pay the express Charges.
Catalogue: Generally speaking, we will mail you our E-Catalogue, and photo offer and more photos to let you know well our products or about us. In order to protect the forest we don not print a lot of catalogues, generally we send disc or some recyclable paper catalogue with the goods. Or only send to our potential customer. For this pls contact our salesman.

2. Do you offer us OEM service?
OEM: We offer OEM service when your order qty meet our OEM qty requirement, we can design and print logo, master carton etc.
if your order qty is very small, we print black and white marks for mast carton.

3. Some models you offered in quotation cannot be found in website, why?
Some models are new, we need inspect and try to recommend to the market and get some comments from the consumer and improve ,then update and show in the website.
Another reason is that we cannot show in the website as we are afraid others to copy ours. Only the VIP customer can get the latest models.
Some models are old and will not show or produce any more.

4. We want to see the production status and inspect the quality in person and see our bulk goods quality by ourselves, is this ok?
Inspection of goods: Yes, but pls contact our salesman who is in charge of your order in advance, we book hotel but you pay for the hotel and relevant charges
In fact, most customer don’t need inspect the goods in person, our salesman will check the production status in workshop and report to the buyers thru order status reports with photos taken in the workshops.
Our quality is under the control of our experience staff thru production processes guide step by step. And checked by in-site QC, QA .and report every day. We refuse the fault goods to leave the workshop.
Only the passed and qualified goods can go to the next step to pack and stored in warehouse. Then upload to containers.  

5. for the easy broken or spare parts, can you offer free of charge? Can we point out what parts we need?
.For the easy broken parts--- we offer them with the bulk goods, qty: 3% of the bulk goods free of charge, if you other parts, we will try to meet your requirement, sometimes, will charge you a little for the cost only.

6. Our plugs is different with China, can you match for us?
PLUGS: We can offer different plugs for over 40 countries and districts, and will confirm with you by clear photo.

7. What are your main terms of payment? Do you accept L/C? How is the lead-time? And who will pay the bank charge? Can you reduce the unit price for customs tax only?
Terms of payment: Current main terms of payment is T/T.
L/C payment :For large order, we can accept L/C for SOME country ,not all.
Generally you need pay 30% of the order value for deposit firstly.
Lead-time: see the PI or sales contract upon the payment confirmed by us, so send us the bank memo is very important...
Bank charges: The payer pay the bank charges.
Customs price: we can reduce the price for you to reduce your customs taxi for import, pls show this by mail.

8．We have goods from other suppliers, can you help to ship together in the same container?
LCL: Yes, offer the contact of your other suppliers and we will ask them to send the goods to the designated place to upload to the container, sometimes, need a little charge for the LCL.

9. Which ports for FOB? Can we import thru our own ship agents or forwarder? Can you help us to book at better price?
Main ports: FOSHAN---- NEW GANG, SANSHAN.
We can export your goods thru your old partner of ship agent or forwarder, for the charges that we pay, it cannot be over 10% higher than our ship agent;
better price: Generally, our ship agents can offer better price for your reference.

10. what we need care during the download, if we find some questions or problems, how is the after sales and warrantee, after warrantee service?
Download : firstly, pls check the packing list and know what it uploaded, open one container door slowly and carefully, sometimes ,container is full, in order to prevent some items falling down when you open the door quickly;
Problems found : if you found some questions or problems, for example the poor packing etc, pls take photo to us.
After sale service: pls read manual if you have questions or problems during operation or use the items, pls contact us. We will settle them by video explain or Skype talking or express parts to replace
Warrantee: see the specific items in the contract or PI
After warrantee time: we can offer technical support free of charge by mail or Skype talking, or send video to guide you. When express parts, we will charge you for the cost only.

11. If your questions or problems cannot be settled, how to deal with?
If you find our salesman ignores your questions or act very slowly, pls contact our eco, we will offer you our best service without thinking the profit.

12. We have not started the business with you up to now, how is your quality, price, service, salesman’s communication skill, working efficiency, lead-time?
Quality: we cannot say we are the best one, but our company is growing up and improving day by day, most customer accept our quality and established the long term business because of our good quality; we are try our best to offer healthy, long live, environment projection product; we listen to what the customers need and requirement; at the same time we learn from overseas technician and our rivals.
Price : our price is not the lowest price in this line, and will not be lowest; we must guarantee our profit, and offer you the nice and continuous service; So, do not always ask us to reduce the price, you know it is made by our head and hand with material ,not free get from the nature. So we must consider the cost.
We offer you the good quality item with good price and nice serve, you donor need worry the after sale service problems; if you buy at lower price, but later, you meet problems, that is not our business way. We can give up the order. As we don not problems to happen in your sides.

14. What cleaners should I use to clean my Ceramic Products?
For general cleaning of ceramics, we recommend hot soapy water and liquid dishwashing detergents, Liquid Tide, and Granular Spic and Span and Gel Gloss are excellent cleaner/polishers and can be used liberally and as often as necessary. Please don't use abrasive products (i.e. Ajax, Soft Scrub, scouring pads, etc), as they can etch the surface. Please make sure to apply all cleaning products with a soft cloth or sponge.

 

 

15. The pneumatic switch cannot normally start the water pump motor
(1) Whether the pneumatic outlet is jammed
(2) Whether the pneumatic tube is leaked
(3) Whether the pneumatic switch button is broken
(4) Whether the pneumatic switch connection tube falls off or falls down
(5) Whether the water pump motor breakdown
(6) Whether the connection cord is loosen
(7) Whether the creep age switch is open.

16. Massage jet has little spray
(1) Whether the jet is jammed
(2) The controlling valve is not open completely
(3) Low hydraulic pressure
(4) The outlet of pump is jammed

17. Massage jet doesn't work
(1) The connection tube is broken
(2) The conversion switch doesn't work
(3) Check the electromagnetic valve is jammed or no water
(4) Check whether the electromagnetic valve is powered
(5)If not powered, it should be the problem of the circuit board. If not display, it is the problem of the control board
(6) if it is powered, check whether the electromagnetic valve is broken

18. Water tube leakage
(1) Connection not good
(2) The faucet of cold and hot water is loosening
(3) The tube clip is loosening

19. Because for the stream room leakage
(1) Water tube is broken
(2) The connection is fixed too firmly or loosely.
(3) Quality problem of the valve or tube
(4) The sealing problem or the glass falls down
(5) Not good sealing of the glass door
(6) Spraying electromagnetic valve leaks
(7) Check the drainpipe
(8) The drainpipe is broken
(9) The drainpipe shifts and out of the cloacae

20. The ventilated fan doesn't work
(1) Change and correct the positive and negative pole
(2) Check whether the wiring and earthling is correct
(3) Whether the power plug is loosen
(4) If not power, it should be the problem of the control board or the circuit board. Method to check the electric current: listen to the sounds of the connector, has sounds then it is normal; look to the display screen, display then it has electrical current. Use the millimeter (in D.V.50V) to check.

21. The radio doesn't work
(1) the radio has no sound. It may be the problem of the control board or circuit board
(2) if turn on the radio and hear the hiss sounds, check whether the speaker is burned or the wire is loosening.
(3) If no hiss sounds, the relay is broken.

22. The steam room shut off automatically or the fuse burns
if the similar problem occurs, the loading power of the creep age switch and the fuse is too small. It is suggested to change to the creep age switch and fuse with higher loading power. If it doesn't work yet, please check whether the steam generator is creep age and the internal thermo protector is broken.
